My Mission

I'm dedicated to helping people rediscover their body's natural blueprint for comfortably easy movement—not through complex techniques or "methods," or endless exercises, but by reconnecting with what you're likely to have already once known as a young child.

When your skeleton provides the support it was designed to give you, remarkable things happen. Not just pain relief, but a fundamental shift in how you experience living in your body.

This isn't about perfect posture, it's about a natural and sustaining partnership with gravity.

This mission carries a sense of urgency that grows
with each passing year . . .

I see traditional communities where natural alignment always flourished, now losing this innate understanding as advanced technology and digital screens affect children and young people, causing their structural alignment to collapse rapidly, just like ours. Their grandparents—elders who move with remarkable ease and grace throughout their lives—are vanishing before our eyes, taking with them the evidence of how humans are designed to inhabit their bodies.

Meanwhile, at 78, I feel time's swift current, knowing my personal journey as a witness and teacher has its limits. This drives me ever harder to share this overlooked wisdom with growing conviction—to preserve what is being lost and illuminate what has been hidden, before these living treasures—and all that we can still learn from them—disappear from view altogether.

A NOTE to Medical Researchers: I offer my expertise and extensive documentation of natural human alignment to those conducting serious studies in this overlooked field. After 30-plus years of studying people who maintain remarkable mobility into advanced age, in addition to those transforming their personal experiences from pain to pain-free by applying these alignment principles, I'm committed to supporting research in any way I can. Research is key to helping preserve this innate human knowledge and revolutionize our understanding of and approach to pain and movement—from birth to old age.
